If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our products, you can return your order within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused, with its original wrapping and in a fully resaleable condition.
Cut lengths of fabric or batting however unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you do need to make a return please contact us prior to return at carly@binkleberry.com with your returns request and order number/proof of purchase.
If an item has been cut, washed or altered or smells of smoke it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5 working days of the returned items arriving back at our store.
The responsibility for the cost of returning goods to us lies with the customer.
For all returns we urge you use recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
If in the unlikely event you receive something from us that is faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon receiving the goods back - whichever you prefer.
Please note that patterns are non-refundable.
